Work Habits and Behavior Freebie

Conference time for us is just around the corner.  Our report cards went home this week and we are starting to organize and put together the students' portfolios.  One of the most important things that we talk with parents about at conferences are the work habits and behaviors of their children.  As primary teachers, a great deal of our time is spent directly teaching our students the life skills and habits that they will need to learn to be successful in future grade levels.  We often feel as though these areas are not emphasized enough on the actual report card so we created a work habits and behavior assessment that both the students and teacher participate in.
